It feels like you are running away from a serial killer in a dark alley only you can see  thick walls few meters away. It is like… well  I can site a lot of painful things but I can’t still have the closest description on how it feels to end a long time relationship. It’s indescribable and if you want to feel it over and over again, then by all means fix the broken mirror.

How do you define unconditional love? When  you know you love someone when you want them to be happy even if their happiness means that you’re not part of it. Sad but so true.  What is the sense of being happy when you are with her but she is not happy when she is with you. Relationship is a two way street. Mutual understanding and feelings for each other but when you are the only one happy in the relationship, you can try to fix it  and make your partner happy but if everything fails, you might want to reconsider letting the bird fly away from the cage. She might find new happiness and you might end up sitting in a dark room with a shattered heart and a bad headache, but you can find comfort knowing the person that you love dearly is now beginning to be happy again.  That idea can somewhat put a little smile on your lips.

We don’t stop loving someone, we simply learn to live without them. We do not forget someone that has been a part of  our lives or someone that we shared our dreams for the future. When the relationship is not working as it used to be, saying goodbye is the next best thing that you can both do for yourself. When I say, I am over you, it does not mean,  I do not remember who you are anymore. I just choose to not remember what you used to be for me. We must be willing to get rid of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. When you ended a relationship, it does not mean that will be the end of your life as well. It is like planting a beautiful plant in a pot, when the plant withered despite your due diligence, it is about time to plant another plant and do better this time.
